Love the food. Great customer service. Best food I had this trip!

The atmosphere was fine and food was basic cheap food. What ruined my whole experience was how rude one of the staff members was to me. It made me extremely uncomfortable and I felt unwelcomed from that point forward. Maybe he was having a bad day but I work in the industry and you don't take it out on your guests.

Good food, great service. They will let you dine with your pets on the little patio. They are cash only. They stay open on the weekends later than 5pm but close up by 8pm or when business dies off - whichever comes first.

My son and I visited here for lunch today. The young lady there was super sweet. The man, not so much. He acknowledged EVERY person there, gave them menus and silverware. We had to get our own menu and silverware. He greeted every person coming in, never greeted us. This was a very emotional weekend for me and his obvious exclusion of us really hurt me. The food was good, waitress was good, man helping her needs to acknowledge all patrons! Thank you for the sad acknowledgement that you are very narrow minded!

I never leave a review but I feel like I have to in this case. My family and I decided to stop by here to eat while we were vacationing at Eureka Springs. Worst mistake ever. I ordered the cheeseburger and it was frozen patties on a stale bun, had absolutely no flavor at all. The man behind the counter was rude and ripped up our ticket because I told him to cancel the fries I ordered for the table. He also overcharged us way too much. We had a table of 10 and he added the gratuity after he added the tax to the tickets so that his tip would be much more than what it was supposed to be. My brother got charged for two of the $8 margaritas when he only ordered one. He ended up making a $65 tip off of us when it should of only been a $30 tip. It’s an only cash place, no computer system at all so honestly there’s no telling how many other people this place has ripped off.

The man behind the counter was very rude to my Aunt who is older and was asking a question about ordering food. It’s masks only and we were wearing ours, practicing protocol but they had no waitress outside to answers questions. When she walked in the man YELLED at her. Look dude we all work in the service industry and we really enjoy your restraint when we visit but I am afraid you lost five customers today.

They play music over great street musicians. Even when they ask permission but otherwise great food service and affordable prices. Honemade cookies are incredible

My wife and I stopped in for lunch and were very satisfied with our meals. I had their grilled salmon with browned butter, and potato salad for a side. Both were very good. My wife had Mexican pork posole with hominy and it was very good, as well. Service was prompt and unobtrusive. Prices were very reasonable. We’ll be going back.

The burger was store bought frozen. The cheese was kraft singles. Cheap fries covered in a seasoning. People and service are nice but this is way overpriced frozen food.

Great spot for lunch! It was super hot out the day we went and this was a nice little place to cool off and grab some lunch. Outside is a nice shaded nook! Both the man and woman were super friendly and this was definitely one of the better places we got great service at!

Flash frozen patties with premise store bought guacamole makes the burger lake anything that makes it unique. If you are hungry and don’t want to walk any further it will do. This place has potential but needs a lot of polish.

The service was very good and quick, but that food wasn't very tasteful and the price was to high.

We had a delicious meal there today. We ordered the fish tacos and mango margarita. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent service and environment! Fish and chips were amazing! Kids loved the chicken tenders also. 10/10 would recommend!

Disappointing. Burger had a frozen patty and goopy guacamole that wasn’t fresh. The cole slaw had way too much vinegar and an off taste. The potato salad was bland and had little bits of potatoes in it—odd texture. At $10, this was way overpriced. Go somewhere else!

Great place to eat! They have hand cut fries and homemade onion rings! Mostly diner food but also have grilled trout. Only take cash. We will be back!

My wife and I make a point to have lunch here every time we make it to Eureka Springs (about once a year for about ten years now). Nice outdoor patio (there is indoor seating as well, but we choose the patio when we visit). We always have good service and really enjoy the food. I'm pretty set on the burger and fries (they have really good fries in my opinion). My wife tries something different each time, but always seems to enjoy.

The man behind the counter is a militant quarantine’r and insists on enforcing “rules” that no one else would ever consider enforcing. Politics dont have a place in a restaurant or place of service. Cant we all just get along?

Traveled to Eureka Springs for vacation found this little spot thought it was cute, worst mistake! Our ticket for 7 adults and 3 kids was over $200. The food was not worth that much money. We were completely overcharged brought it to his attention got $10 back got back to sort tickets and found another $23 that we were overcharged. Do not stop if you want food worth your money. You will not find it here. Food was frozen not fresh!!! I would give 0 stars if it would let me!!

We stop here for lunch and a beer every time we come through town. Tuna is always a favorite, although it's really overpriced like most of the menu. The daily/seasonal items are always worth trying. The outside seating is great and where we always end up.

If I could give less than a one star review, I would. Service as well as food was terrible. My salad was soggy and bland. The other people in my party had problems with their food as well.

This place was is great. My wife and I loved it. There wasn't a whole lot of options, but when the food is good it really doesn't matter. They only take cash which was a bummer. We had to leave to get some, but it was worth it.

Fast friendly and personable service. Really good sandwiches at very reasonable prices. Inside is small quiet and cozy adorned with bright color festive artwork. Outside is a small out of the way corner nook patio very pleasant dining beneath a nice large tree offering wonderful shade.

This has been the most pleasant experience I have had coming to Eureka Springs. The outdoor pet friendly patio with the natural shade is a major plus. The attentive service,quality food and delicious drinks are more than can be expected to anyone traveling through town. Love the atmosphere and the variety of music that enhanced my visit. Look for the only mature tree shading the establishment in the bend in the road on Spring Street next door to the Cresent Bead Shop. Happy Eating!

Worst burger ever. Frozen patty on a very stale bun. Avacado was brown and bad. Kraft singles sliced swiss. Coleslaw had soured. Potato salad was bits of tiny pieces of potstoes with zero seasoning. And all this for $10 for terrible food.

This place was one of the best we ate at! It was very tasty, and the prices were very competitive compared to the places around it.

First time being here and I can actually say the food was great awesome and would love to go here again

The food was over priced and not good at all. I had the super nachos which had no flavor and my friend had the grilled chicken curry which was the worst chicken curry ever. The food is all straight out of a can or frozen and the only cooking is microwave cooking. It would have all been just fine but the man who works there was totally rude. He was rude to a young mother with her baby and he was rude to my friends as they entered. As we left he only had rude comments. With all the places we went while on vacation this was the only place where it was overpriced and totally rude and totally uncalled for comments. If you want to enjoy a wonderful trip to Eureka Springs avoid this place!
